ToddI just recently finished reading Zen and the Art of Happiness, by Chris Prentiss.The Prentiss premise is essentially to see whatever happens to you as the very best thing which could have happened to you….This is not easy to do (nearly impossible in some cases), but it does open the door to seeing new possibilities which were blocked from your view due to a negative attitude…It fosters a resourceful outlook that encourages you to find creative solutions to difficult situations…It’s food for thought, anyway.
